• Delivery Disclaimer:
  While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, we do not guarantee fixed delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as logistical issues, regional constraints, or unexpected delays. Unfortunately orders will not be eligible for cancellation or refund due to such delays.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

If your pin code is not serviceable, you may ship the product back to us at your own cost, and we will reimburse the courier charges upon receiving the product and valid shipping receipt.

As such, unless there is a functional issue, these products do not qualify for return.

Open Box & Discounted Inventory

While we strive to dispatch every product in new condition with complete accessories and original packaging, there are rare cases where:

• The outer box/case may be missing
• Minor or non-essential accessories may not be included
• Products may carry more visible scratches than usual

These products are listed at special discounted rates, and we make every effort to inform customers in advance before dispatching.
