    • In cases where the manufacturer denies warranty, we offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, which includes free pickup and delivery from your location.

  3. What the Warranty Covers

    • Defects in materials due to manufacturing issues

    • Internal defects such as product malfunctioning or the product not working

  4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

    • Physical damage or breakage

    • Damage due to contact with water or moisture

    • Normal wear and tear from regular usage

    • Use your Order ID as the subject and explain the issue clearly. Attach relevant photos if needed.

  6. What Happens Next

    • Our executive will contact you within 48 hours.

    • If the issue can’t be resolved remotely, a pickup will be arranged within the next 48 hours.

  7. Resolution Timeline

    • Once we receive the product, it will be thoroughly examined.

    • If resolved at our end, we will ship it back within 7–15 days.

    • If the issue requires unavailable parts from the manufacturer, resolution may take 15–45 days.

    • Throughout the process, you will not be charged anything.
