  • 🔵 Direct Brand Seller Products

Warranty terms, coverage, and resolution processes may vary depending on the category of product purchased. Customers are advised to carefully review the applicable section below.


🟢 OPEN BOX / UNBOXED PRODUCTS

Warranty Coverage

Open Box / Unboxed products may carry manufacturer warranty; however, some manufacturers do not provide warranty on open-box products.

Customers are advised to first contact the respective manufacturer’s authorized service center using the invoice provided at the time of purchase.

If the manufacturer denies warranty coverage, we provide a 6-Month Seller Warranty from the date of purchase.


What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal defects

  • Product malfunctioning

  • Product not working under normal usage conditions


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage or accidental breakage

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Burn or voltage fluctuation damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused due to misuse or unauthorized repair


How to Avail Warranty

  2. Use your Order ID as the subject line

  3. Clearly explain the issue

  4. Attach relevant photos/videos if required


What Happens Next

  • Our executive will contact you within 48 hours.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, pickup instructions will be provided.


Resolution Timeline

  • Once received, the product will be examined thoroughly.

  • If resolved at our end, it will be shipped back within 7–15 business days.

  • If parts procurement is required, resolution may take 15–45 business days.

  • No charges will be applicable during the seller warranty period.


🔵 DIRECT BRAND SELLER PRODUCTS

Warranty Coverage

All Direct Brand Seller products are covered under Official Brand Warranty.

  • Warranty duration and terms are strictly as per the respective brand’s official policy.

  • Customers are required to contact the brand’s authorized service center directly.

  • The invoice provided by us serves as valid proof of purchase.

🟡 IMPORTED PRODUCTS

Warranty Coverage

All Imported products are covered under a 1-Year Seller Warranty, irrespective of the brand’s original warranty status.

Warranty support is handled directly by us.


What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Internal product malfunction

  • Product not functioning under normal use


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Water or moisture damage

  • Voltage fluctuation damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to misuse or unauthorized repairs

Resolution Timeline

  • Once we receive the product, it will be inspected thoroughly.

  • If resolved at our end, it will be shipped back within 7–15 business days.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved at our facility (which is a very rare occurrence), we may need to involve the manufacturer for rectification, in which case the resolution timeline may extend to 15–60 business days.

  • No charges will apply during the warranty period.
