Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

At DealCliq, we value your trust not just during the purchase, but throughout your entire shopping journey. Our return and replacement policy has been carefully crafted to ensure a smooth, time-saving, and reassuring experience.


General Return & Replacement Terms

  • Returns and replacements will only be accepted after verifying the condition of the product.

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the order.


Reverse Pickup Facility

We offer a convenient reverse pickup service for most locations covered by our courier partners.
If your pin code is not serviceable, you may ship the product back to us at your own cost, and we will reimburse the courier charges upon receiving the product and valid shipping receipt.


Refunds, Replacements & Store Credits

  • In the event of a defect or the product not working as intended, we offer replacements or store credits.

  • If the product received is not as described, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • For returns due to personal preference or reasons not related to product defect or listing error, a deduction towards shipping charges and payment gateway fees will apply to the refund amount.


How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please submit a request along with the reason for return and supporting images or a short video (if required). Once received, our team will handle the remaining steps and guide you through the process.


Product Inspection Advice

We recommend carefully inspecting and reviewing all features of the product upon delivery, before putting it to use. This helps ensure it meets your expectations and avoids potential return issues.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

For products that arrive damaged or different from what was ordered, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
Regrettably, requests made beyond this timeframe cannot be accepted, as this is the window during which we can lodge a claim with our logistics partners.


Quality Check & Cosmetic Imperfections

Some of our products undergo test use at our quality control (QC) stations, which may result in minor marks or surface scratches. These are typically cosmetic in nature and do not affect performance.
As such, unless there is a functional issue, these products do not qualify for return.


Open Box & Discounted Inventory

While we strive to dispatch every product in new condition with complete accessories and original packaging, there are rare cases where:

  • The outer box/case may be missing

  • Minor or non-essential accessories may not be included

  • Products may carry more visible scratches than usual

These products are listed at special discounted rates, and we make every effort to inform customers in advance before dispatching.
Please be assured that such discounts do not compromise the product’s usability or quality.

In some instances, we may also provide replacement accessories or original adapters/chargers from verified third-party suppliers, when original components are unavailable.
