Open box products are never used, but their packaging is opened once for various reasons, like quality checks, box packaging damage, excess inventory in company warehouses, order rejections by customers on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, etc. which doesn't affect the quality or the functionality of the products and hence are sold at heavy discounts.
But we test use these products, perform various quality checks, and test their features before shipping them to you, so sometimes they can carry some scratches or identification marks that don't affect the quality or functionality of the product.
You get a proper manufacturer warranty on all the products, but if in a few cases the if warranty is denied by the company, we provide 6 months on every order from the date of purchase.

- We try to ship every order within 24-48 hours, but sometimes due to various quality checks involved certain products takes some more time, but you will be informed if there’s any delay.
- Delivery may take 2-8 days depending upon the location of the customer and we use courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Amazon Shipping etc.
- We never guarantee any delivery deadline as it depends upon the location, unexpected delays and logistics company workflow, so no order will be refunded if there is any delay because of these reasons.
- We do manual verification before shipping COD orders, and we have the right to cancel COD orders too if we suspect any non-serious buyers.
- In a few cases of COD orders, we shall also request an advance amount before shipping volumetric items or high-value items.
Every product is covered with warranty from the date of purchase, so you can contact the manufacturer along with the invoice provided to avail the warranty. But in few cases if the warranty is denied by the company, we provide 6 months warranty on every product from the date of purchase and that includes free pickup and delivery from your place. So don’t worry with the great deals you get from us, these things are no even a issue.
Returns / Replacement:
- Return or replacements of goods will only be accepted after verifying the condition of the product.
- You are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of returns or replacement our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
- Please ensure that the returned product is unused, undamaged, in original packaging and is in a sale-able condition.
- We offer our customers a simple, reverse pick-up policy. Your pin code should be serviceable by courier companies we are working with for reverse pickup, if not you would be required to ship on your own and you would be reimbursed for same.
- If you don’t want replacement we can provide you refund in the form of store credits with 6 months validity.
- You are required to drop a mail to [email protected] with some pictures or video of the product (if required) and the reason for return and let us do the remaining process.
- We advise our customers to go through and assess all the features and see the proper functioning of the product before actually using it, so that you won’t be facing any difficulties in returns.
- We offer direct refunds when the product supplied is not as per description or we don’t have a replacement product.
- The request for product return in case of physical damage or different product should be opened within 48 hours of the delivery of product. Such request after 48 hour will not be accepted.
- Return requests are only accepted for product being defective or not as described, in case our product not liked no return request will be entertained.
- Sometimes there would be minor scratches (minor dents mostly incase of metal products due to outer box packaging damaged) which are the result of the quality checks and various test procedures involved, so we list those product on more discounts than usual and we try to inform the customer upfront before shipping.
- In many cases, we even have to test use the product at our QC station. So the identification marks and scratches are also the result of these tests. So no return request would be accepted unless there is no issue with the functioning of the product.
- Though we dispatch every product with complete accessories and its original packaging but in rare cases we do have some inventory without the outer box/case or there are some minor accessories missing which are not that important missing so we list those product on more discounts than usual and we try to inform the customer upfront before shipping.
- In some products where the original charger/ adapter or if any accessories are missing we have to fulfill these missing items from some third party or after market brands but don’t worry the discounts you get these things wont matter even.
