Shipping & Returns

Shipping: 

  • We try to ship every order within 24-48 hours, but sometimes due to various
    quality checks involved certain products takes some more time, but you
    will be informed if there’s any delay.
  • IMPORTANT:
    You will receive the shipping status and estimated delivery date only
    after the order has been dispatched. We kindly request you to allow up to
    48 hours after placing your order for this information to become
    available.
  • Delivery may take 3-8 days depending upon the location of the customer and we use
    courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Amazon Shipping, Xpressbees etc.
  • If you require express delivery, feel free to call us before the product is
    shipped. If any additional charges apply, we’ll inform you in advance



  • We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please note that we cannot
    guarantee specific delivery deadlines, as they may vary based on your
    location, unforeseen delays, or the logistics partner's processes. We
    appreciate your understanding that orders cannot be refunded due to such
    delays beyond our control.
  • If the order has not yet been dispatched, you can modify the order or the
    shipment address by contacting our contact line at 9354037427 or via
    email.
  • We do manual verification before shipping COD orders, and we have the right
    to cancel COD orders too if we suspect any non-serious buyers.
  • In a few cases of COD orders, we shall also request an advance amount before
    shipping volumetric items or high-value items.
  • Should the product be misplaced by the courier services, we will replace it at
    our own cost and ship it out again.
  • Customers are entitled to request a refund for their order at any time before the
    product has been shipped. However, please note that a deduction of 3.18%
    will be applied to the total refund amount to cover payment gateway
    processing charges

 

 

Returns / Replacement:

  1. You are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent
    stages of returns or replacement our  policy  is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process,
    save time and make you
    feel reassured about your order.
  2. Please ensure that the returned product is unused, undamaged,
    in original packaging and is in a sale-able condition.
  3. We offer our customers a simple, reverse
    pick-up policy. Your pin code should be serviceable by courier companies
    we are working with for
    reverse pickup, if not you
    would be required to ship on your own
    and you would be reimbursed for same.
  4. If you don’t want replacement we can provide you refund in the form of store
    credits in your Dealcliq wallet.
  5. You are required to drop a mail to info@dealcliq.com with some pictures or
    video of the product (if required) and
    the reason for return and let us do the remaining process.
  6. We advise our customers to go through and assess all the features and see the
    proper functioning of the product before actually using it, so that you
    won’t be facing any difficulties in returns.
  7. We offer direct refunds to the source of payment when the product supplied is
    not as per description or we don’t have a replacement product.
  8. Requests for product return due to physical damage or receiving a different item
    must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, as we are required to initiate
    disputes with the logistics partner within this timeframe. We appreciate
    your understanding that such requests made after 48 hours may not be
    accepted. For all other eligible reasons, a 7-day return window is
    available.
  9. Return requests are accepted only if the product is defective or not as
    described. We kindly request your understanding that returns cannot be
    processed for reasons such as personal preference or change of mind.. 
  10. In many cases, we test the product at our quality check (QC) station to
    ensure it meets our standards. As a result, minor identification marks or
    light scratches may be present. We kindly ask for your understanding that,
    unless there is a functional issue with the product, return requests for
    such cosmetic signs will not be accepted..
  11.  Though we dispatch every product with complete accessories and original
    packaging, in rare cases some items may be missing minor accessories or
    the outer box; these products are offered at a higher discount, and we
    inform customers upfront—if needed, we may also source compatible chargers
    or accessories from trusted third-party suppliers.
  12. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the product reaches our warehouse.
    Don’t worry—you won’t need to follow up, as we’ll keep you updated
    throughout the process.
  13. In a few cases, if a customer is unable to use the store credits within the
    given time frame and requests a refund to their original payment method,
    we will deduct the applicable shipping and pickup charges, along with a
    payment gateway fee of 3.18%, from the refund amount
