Unboxed products are items that have been previously
opened but remain in near-new condition. They are typically sold at a discount
compared to brand-new items. Here's what "unboxed" usually means:
Common Reasons for Unboxed Status:
Customer Return: The original buyer changed their mind or returned the item
shortly after purchase—usually within the 7-day return period—so the
product is typically in excellent condition and hardly used.COD Rejections: The product was shipped to a customer under Cash on
Delivery (COD) but was rejected at the doorstep—often because the buyer
changed their mind or was unavailable to receive it.Damaged Packaging: The item’s box may have been damaged in transit or while
handling, but the product itself is in perfect working condition.Inspection or Testing: The item was opened for quality checks, demonstration, or
internal testing purposes.Excess Inventory: Sometimes new products are unboxed and sold at a discount
to clear overstock or make room for newer models.
🚚 Where do they come from?
Sources of Unboxed Items:
Unboxed items typically come from customer returns made within the standard 7-day return window offered by most shopping platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. They also originate from excess inventory stored in company warehouses.
🔧 Are these refurbished?
Unboxed products are not refurbished, as refurbished items are pre-owned or defective products that have been repaired, tested, and restored to working condition.
📊 What condition can I expect?
You can expect unboxed products in close-to-new condition, complete with original packaging and accessories. All products undergo a strict 8-step quality check where we test their features and overall functionality before shipping. In some cases, they may have minor scratches or identification marks that do not affect performance or quality.
🔧What about Warranty ?
All products come with a proper manufacturer warranty. In rare cases where the brand warranty is not applicable, we provide a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase—so sit back and relax, you've got yourself a great deal!
Shipping:
- We try to ship every order within 24-48 hours, but sometimes due to various
quality checks involved certain products takes some more time, but you
will be informed if there’s any delay. - IMPORTANT:
You will receive the shipping status and estimated delivery date only
after the order has been dispatched. We kindly request you to allow up to
48 hours after placing your order for this information to become
available. - Delivery may take 3-8 days depending upon the location of the customer and we use
courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, Amazon Shipping, Xpressbees etc. - If you require express delivery, feel free to call us before the product is
shipped. If any additional charges apply, we’ll inform you in advance
- We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please note that we cannot
guarantee specific delivery deadlines, as they may vary based on your
location, unforeseen delays, or the logistics partner's processes. We
appreciate your understanding that orders cannot be refunded due to such
delays beyond our control. - If the order has not yet been dispatched, you can modify the order or the
shipment address by contacting our contact line at 9354037427 or via
email. - We do manual verification before shipping COD orders, and we have the right
to cancel COD orders too if we suspect any non-serious buyers. - In a few cases of COD orders, we shall also request an advance amount before
shipping volumetric items or high-value items. - Should the product be misplaced by the courier services, we will replace it at
our own cost and ship it out again. - Customers are entitled to request a refund for their order at any time before the
product has been shipped. However, please note that a deduction of 3.18%
will be applied to the total refund amount to cover payment gateway
processing charges
Returns / Replacement:
- You are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent
stages of returns or replacement our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process,
save time and make you
feel reassured about your order. - Please ensure that the returned product is unused, undamaged,
in original packaging and is in a sale-able condition. - We offer our customers a simple, reverse
pick-up policy. Your pin code should be serviceable by courier companies
we are working with for
reverse pickup, if not you
would be required to ship on your own
and you would be reimbursed for same. - If you don’t want replacement we can provide you refund in the form of store
credits in your Dealcliq wallet. - You are required to drop a mail to info@dealcliq.com with some pictures or
video of the product (if required) and
the reason for return and let us do the remaining process. - We advise our customers to go through and assess all the features and see the
proper functioning of the product before actually using it, so that you
won’t be facing any difficulties in returns. - We offer direct refunds to the source of payment when the product supplied is
not as per description or we don’t have a replacement product. - Requests for product return due to physical damage or receiving a different item
must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, as we are required to initiate
disputes with the logistics partner within this timeframe. We appreciate
your understanding that such requests made after 48 hours may not be
accepted. For all other eligible reasons, a 7-day return window is
available. - Return requests are accepted only if the product is defective or not as
described. We kindly request your understanding that returns cannot be
processed for reasons such as personal preference or change of mind.. - In many cases, we test the product at our quality check (QC) station to
ensure it meets our standards. As a result, minor identification marks or
light scratches may be present. We kindly ask for your understanding that,
unless there is a functional issue with the product, return requests for
such cosmetic signs will not be accepted.. - Though we dispatch every product with complete accessories and original
packaging, in rare cases some items may be missing minor accessories or
the outer box; these products are offered at a higher discount, and we
inform customers upfront—if needed, we may also source compatible chargers
or accessories from trusted third-party suppliers. - Refunds or replacements will be processed once the product reaches our warehouse.
Don’t worry—you won’t need to follow up, as we’ll keep you updated
throughout the process. - In a few cases, if a customer is unable to use the store credits within the
given time frame and requests a refund to their original payment method,
we will deduct the applicable shipping and pickup charges, along with a
payment gateway fee of 3.18%, from the refund amount

Ignore the "delivery is running late" notification shown by the app. Its an error. Contact Arham World if you still can't find. They will guide.
- Shipped today (on Amazon app) means it's delivered. Ignore: Out for delivery/Running late/Arriving tomorrow. It's an app error.
